With Slight Bump, musician and producer Jörg Purfürst opens a new musical chapter — a project dedicated to those seemingly insignificant moments that can bring about transformation: when silence turns into movement, setbacks into insight, and sound into emotion.

Together with fellow artists including Michael Dorp (Flying Circus), Rainer Piwek, Svavar Knútur, Michael Nick (Magic of Santana), Matthias Willer (Laserzwille), Carsten Dìaz, Jürgen Ufer, and Philip Mestwerdt (Johnny Bob), Purfürst has created an album that builds bridges: between rock, folk, and electronic music; between introspection and new beginnings; between reality and dream.
